How Does This Site Work?
All the items we sell are categrized by both Artist and Type. You can search for a particular Earrings by first going to the artist’s page; “Seeka” and then chose “Earrings”. Or, you can go to the Jewelry by Type page select “Earrings” then “Seeka”. Both will lead you to the same item.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all Major Credit Cards 

Are credit card transactions secured?
Our store is PCI compliant and is hosted on lightning-fast servers. The data center employs hacker deterrent security provisioning, three redundant network architectures, and hardware firewalls.

Do you send confirmation e-mails?
We send three. The first, right after you place your order, confirms that we have received it. The second upon shipment confirm that your order shipped and the third about a week later to make sure that the order was received in good condition.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. You may return anything you purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I return something to you?
Free Returns are quick and hassle-free. No need to call, just go to our Free Returns page.

When will my order be shipped, and how soon will I get it?
You may select from several free and low-cost shipping options as well as reasonably priced two and one-day shipping options. Your order will be shipped and delivered based on the service level you select when checking out. Check out our Shipping and Returns section for some examples.

Is there a handling charge?
There is never a handling charge and most shipping and returns are free

Can I have my gift order shipped to a different location than my home address?
Yes, you can. When you fill out the billing and shipping pages at checkout, you can specify the address where you would like your order sent. 

What if the item I want is not in stock?
Out-of-stock items are usually not shown on the site. If you’ve seen something before and it is now marked as Unavailable, please let us know and we will inform you when and if it will become available again. Keep in mind that Outlet items sell out fast and are no longer available.

How is sales tax calculated on orders?
We collect sales tax only on orders shipped to addresses in New York State.
